DiCast handmade dice are meticulously crafted by hand and available with a wide range of materials and designs, and they also feature a one-of-a-kind construction technique that sets them apart from other dice on the market.
The DiCast™ Process

Shell Casting
A cast die has its numbers filled by hand and is placed into a blank mold to create a solid resin shell.

Shell Removal
Each face is sanded to reveal the filled numerals underneath.

Sanding & Polishing
Standard sanding and polishing techniques can be used to finalize the dice finish.
Each DiCast die is made using a technique that involves filling the numeral indents with resin instead of the traditional paint. This process creates a completely smooth and flush surface on each face of the dice, resulting in a stunning and visually striking effect. The use of resin also means that there are virtually limitless possibilities for customization.
Any style, color, or effect that can be achieved with resin can be used to create the numbers on each die.

Our Dice Masters are printed in the highest quality Formlabs photopolymer resin. This ensures the highest detail while maintaining the lowest chance of silicone cure inhibition when properly molded.

Many sets can be customized as much or as little as you want. Our Standard Font sets can have up to two faces per die customized, so long as the artwork is the same across each die.
