Bone & Marrow | StoneCast DiCast Set

$150.00
Only 1 available

Reminiscent of bones and what’s inside of bones, this set was one of the first prototypes for the DiCast series. It’s cast from two pours of Jesmonite, a casting material closely matching the feel of stone. There are several bubble spots and voids filled from the secondary casting, however the removal of the maroon shell did uncover some extra bubble voids in the primary bone cast. I’ve done my best to document these instances, but know that these dice aren’t what you would call flawless.

Special care is recommended for StoneCast sets: 1) Secure and separated storage is ideal, leaving these tumbling in a dice bag will cause undue wear to the points and edges in the set. 2) Avoidance of moisture. While StoneCast sets won’t melt in the presence of water, they do absorb it for a time and repeated wetness cycles can break the dice down faster.
